Bali, 21. March -- 1. April 2021

 @Salty Breeze, Bali

Reconnect is a retreat set in the stunning surroundings of Uluwatu, Bali, offering the ancient tools of  Yoga and Ayurveda.

Retreat organisers Bine Steenaerts and Kathrin Seidl have brought their passions and life learning together to offer a unique space to RECONNECT to yourself, RECONNECT with nature and RECONNECT to your dreams and possibilities.

Take a break from your daily life and fully immerse yourself in this retreat away from media and technology. Press the pause button for a moment and dive into some self exploration --

“What is my purpose?”

“Is my life in line with my values?”

“Am I content and happy?”

What to Expect

We have held space for many groups through retreats and yoga trainings, always with the ultimate purpose of supporting the journey back to self.

This programme has been designed considering the need for balance between activities, silent space and free time.

Yoga and Ayurveda are the two main tools we offer and also use for our own daily practices to stay centered and CONNECTED.

This retreat will support you to RECONNECT to your own flow and carry this with you through and beyond the retreat.

Our sweet home in Bali

The best way to experience a rejuvenating retreat is to choose place, where you feel empowered, relaxed, nourished and comfortable. Bali and its spirit, vibes and sweetness, makes it a perfect place for your journey.

During our evening programme we open the space for connecting with each other and ourselves. You can expect bonding group activities, sharing circles and also time for going within.

We are excited to share some of the practices from our life journey of self healing and working with groups on the path of wellbeing and wholeness.

Additionally we will be supported by some very talented musicians sharing their medicine with us.

The retreat will be hosted in the wonderful and lush surroundings of Uluwatu at Salty Breeze, Bali. The resort is close to the beach and nestled into the jungle. Our daily asana practice is hosted in open shalas, immersing ourselves with the nature around us. Additionally we will explore the area around during some jungle adventures.

The beach closest to the resort is famous for its great waves. Surf lessons can be booked for an additional cost at the surf center attached to our resort.

Global Warming is a fact nobody can deny any longer. Since most, if not all, of our guests will be travelling by air to reach Bali, we have decided to donate 10% of our earnings to Eden Reforestation Projects. This means planting approximately 500 trees per person. This NGO is not only planting trees, but also providing jobs to marginalised and poor communities in different parts of the world at the same time. Please check out their website for more information on their work, edenprojects.
