PREPARE YOUR CACAO
Make sure you prepared your cacao BEFORE we start. If you are not sure how to make it, you can follow these guidelines: Recipe
GOOD TO KNOW
Don’t drink any coffee (if possible for you) this day.
Also eat lightly or just skip breakfast (if possible for you). F
or those who are pregnant or taking anti-depressant, just take a little bit cacao (like 10 to 15 gram)
